Essential Anaesthetic Services is a group of Specialist  Anaesthetists that have a strong drive in providing the Central Victorian region with a dependable and professional Anaesthetic Service.  The Anaesthetic group, which was formed in 2013, has several Specialist Anaesthetists providing expert care.

 Since the formation of Essential Anaesthetic Services, the anaesthetic group now creates a team with over twenty surgeons with the area.  These include surgical specialties such as Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Plastics, Ear Nose & Throat, Facio-maxillary, Urology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Colorectal surgery,  Paediatrics and Dental surgery. Our Anaesthetic group also provide after-hours service for emergency surgical procedures and the labour ward.

  Our Specialist Anaesthetists all provide medical education (specialist Anaesthetic education) to training doctors and have strong interests in maintaining skills at the highest level. All our Specialist Anaesthetists are Fellows of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
